Booking & deposit

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to book a wedding and is applied to the final balance. A date is not reserved until Court’s Creations has confirmed availability, accepted this agreement, and received the deposit.

Payments

Any amount paid before the wedding beyond the $100 deposit is credited toward the final balance. The remaining balance is due on the date agreed upon in writing with Court’s Creations.

Client cancellation

Cancellation notice must be provided in writing. Refund eligibility is determined by the number of calendar days between the written notice and the scheduled wedding date.

Any refund owed will be calculated from payments received above the non-refundable deposit.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests must be made in writing and are subject to Courtney’s availability and written approval. If Courtney approves and is available for the new date, the deposit and other payments will transfer to that date. If she is unavailable, the cancellation schedule above will apply using the original wedding date.

If Court’s Creations must cancel

If Court’s Creations cannot provide the agreed services and the parties do not approve a replacement or new date, all payments, including the deposit, will be refunded.

Acknowledgment

By checking the acknowledgment boxes and typing a legal name below, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and intends the typed name to serve as an electronic signature.
